“Sometimes it is the artist's task to find out how much music you can still make with what you have left.”

Teaching pedagogy

I grow up I’ve had a lot of difficulties, both with daily life as well as studies. The most beneficial aspect of teaching for me is to find all parts of motivation to do the work. I believe as a teacher you must be one of the best friends to your students and need to be absolutely work out all the way you can to support them. A good teacher have the Passion on what they are doing and always trying their best. Am I teaching, I am eager to give all the possible support to my students At the same time I know how to hold them accountable to the craft. I will always push them to be the best with a good and patient manner. My students can come to me anytime with any kind of difficulties both in career as well as life. Because as I say always believe that a good human being can be a good educator to the people who you care. In a good human being is made up of multiple parts. To be a teacher we need to be a person.

When I teach saxophone, I’m not only teaching technique but I also focus on the details of every single small piece, If a student comes to me with technical difficulties I will try different ways to help them but I will put any unnecessary pressure on my students I want them to be comfortable when studying with me. Another aspect of my teaching is that I am not only spending time with my in the classroom, but I also will try my best to give them my time outside of the classroom and to get to know them all at one on one personal level. Because this will not only be helped them as a student but I also will help greatly me is a teacher. Listening to each other hearts and follow them in the right direction and take them to the right direction for me it is the most important aspect of my teaching. I always ask them what they are looking for as an artist once I know the answer I will help them out with the best possibility I can. The question I will always ask a student the first time I met him /her is that what does music means to you? The second question I will ask them is what do you want to do with your life as a musician? How would you achieve your goals? I will also train them to have a critical thinking mind.

If I have a student come to the lesson unprepared, I will ask them why and tell them how to prepare them for the next time. Because for me to let them know what they did wrong it’s more important than have them spending their time outside of the classroom figuring that out by them self. Instead, I will not be aggressive with my student. Because I believe creating a healthy, engaging, lively learning environment will not only help the student to know to be more efficient but also will help me as a teacher to have better experience with the students. I will always encourage my students to try new things outside of their instrument. So that when they finish their studies with me, they have not only become a good saxophonist but becoming a better person overall. Finally, I will work out with each individual student to develop personal plan for them as well as a personalized curriculum.
